  1. Please provide the following contact information:

    First Name
    Last Name
    Middle Initial
    Your Student ID or S.S. #
    Non-Mt Ida E-mail Account Example bob@hotmail.com

  2. Please provide a password for your account:

    The username on your account will use the initial from your first name, your middle initial (if you have one), and your full last name.

    Example: John G Smith will be jgsmith, this username is also your email address at Mount Ida jgsmith@mountida.edu

    Your Password must be 5-10 characters.
